Tell Amazon: Prevent price gouging during emergencies! | Change.org

So I was up working for my clients as normal and I also had some time to be creative and since I can feel all of the crazy energy of fear and anxiety going around(just like you empaths are too). I also decided just to continue my routine no matter what! Even if I am self-isolated right now. It's so important that we all stay active and making sure that our surroundings are clean. Not only did spirit help give me new ideas but I also got this information from a young lady in one of my Facebook groups about This

After the World Health Organization (WHO) declared coronavirus a global health emergency, prices for medical supplies, including hand sanitizer, skyrocketed on Amazon.

A four-pack of Purell hand sanitizer was selling for $159. Two containers of Lysol wipes cost $70.

That’s not “good business;” that’s taking advantage of consumers during an emergency. And although Amazon has retroactively deleted some products for price gouging, these spikes should never have happened in the first place.

Price gouging during emergencies needs to end. Tell Amazon to implement safeguards that prevent prices from significantly inflating during states of emergency.

This just made me shake my head. You know there is a huge difference between being ethical and morale. I will approach this in a neutral way. Where this could be a great opportunity for most capitalist or opportunist This is also looked down upon because of greed. But the truth is that who are we to judge? Do we really have the right to regulate hand sanitizer as a community or country? Pharmaceutical companies hike the prices on life-saving medications every day. This has been a long fight for years with lots of government red tape to go around for all Americans. One may ask "is it really important to regulate the price of hand sanitizer"? Even though we are facing a global crisis because of the Coronavirus or Covid-19? I think it is very important where we focus our energy. Do you feel that we are on the way to criminally prosecuting people because of "panic buying" and overpriced sanitizer that people bought themselves and just was smart enough to get in and take advantage of this situation? One would say that this is certainly alchemy! Turning bad situations into good ones to benefit our lives. I say c'est la vie mon chéri!!
