Do any of you use Eggshell Ritual Powder (Cascara) or Cascarilla?

I just wanted to share a quick story about one time I used Cascarilla powder to protect myself from being attacked by 3 witches all at once! It was actually all of a sudden when it happened. I remember actually trying to build friendships with these 3 people but spirit always wouldn't let me get to close to them. Something just didn't feel right. I remember making some cascarilla powder a few months earlier and I was going to use it in one of my protection rituals. Just doing the regular routine of being a spiritual worker you know. Making sure all my bases were covered. So one night... I remember chatting it up with them and then all of a sudden they just all turned on me! I couldn't even tell you what we were talking about cause it happened a few years ago but what I do know is that they attacked me so hard that I remember spirit was telling me "just get the powder and put it all over you"!! I was like "put it all over me"?? At this point, I was so upset and literally crying because one of the witches I actually cared about just really shit on me really bad! So just being obedient to spirit... I started putting all that powder over me! From the crown of my head to the bottom of my feet! I literally just bathed myself in that Cascarilla powder! I will say that during that night it was a battle for me but I was able to come out of it just fine the next day. The main thing I remembered was that I cried so much I literally made myself nauseated! Keep this on a handy spiritual family it will come in handy! You may not have to cover yourself all over where you are looking like a white ghost but at least you know that you have something in your arsenal for that.
