Very often with exercising and working out, the typical personal trainer will often exaggerate to their clients and lies about getting fast Results when exercising. But the truth is that results don't come fast or very quickly with this lifestyle. It's a lifestyle that your mind and your body must come to one accord upon in this game.
The physical transformation only comes 2nd after the mental transformation when your mind is made up and set to a rhythm along with your physical body. Most of the work that you will encounter on this path will be mostly mental. Thoughts really do become things, so with that said, if you can conceive it in your mind after believing it, then it's already a done deal! At that point, it's just a matter of time for You. Because when you look good in life You will perform better on every level, cause of how You would FEEL, therefore manifesting it. Feeling it is a key ingredient to the universe and bringing it forth or manifesting it into your really.
You just have to follow through physically. For me, personally, I changed my daily habits and made exercising one of my positive habits. Results will come in time. Try not to rush the process and inevitably overwork yourself.
When your man FYVE 1st STARTED, it was a struggle between my mind and body! It was a struggle with eating lesser than I normally would. That was pretty tough and challenging for me during the time I 1st started until I found my motivation which was in all honesty, Was getting attention at the time and being more healthier and mostly be an example of what we all can accomplish as inspiration for the people. I was often met with resistance & by The Universal Law of Non-resistance, meeting up with any type of resistance in any form is confirmation that you are on the right path. I've had a few haters on my path which in turn fueled me to shut their asses up and to go even harder, because if not then why even bother! All this wisdom is actually 38 years of accumulation of knowledge and failures on my life journey.
The Key
Vision it, be it, live it, become it NOW! Feel how you would feel when your goals are accomplished and your manifestation will come faster afterward. Leave no room for doubt, fake it until you make it dammit! Go hard!
